sorry but i have only schema of the chassis vestel 17mb21 Can you explain wich is the problem? Do you made some measure on the switched mode or horizzontal section?

ok,the tension are all right and the ic's is in st.by mode...i think you check the SCL and DATA signal at the pin 58-57 and the quartz waveform's at the pin 25-26..I wait for your reply..good work..
