Pt100 To 0-10v Analog Input

Can anyone advice me, how to make a circuit, so as I can connect a 2-wire Pt100 to an 0-10V analog input or to a 24V digital input (with a ADC circuit) of my plc (Modicon TSX Micro 3722)???

Thank you superpolipo, but i don't want to buy a ready transducer. I want to make it by myself! I'm looking for a circuit, which can make this conversion.

I found a circuit but I must change the resistances to have the desirable profit and exit. Which resistances should I use? Which mathematic types should I use in order to make the choice of resistances? The circuit I found is the following.
