Tv Sony Kv-25x5a - Schermo nero stand-by 2 lampeggi

Ciao a tutti! sono nuovo in questo forum,

Ieri il mio TV sony kv-25x5a ha smesso di funzionare dopo 6 anni.

Il led si accende brevemente appena lo alimento poi lampeggia 2 volte ogni pochi secondi.

Lo schermo rimane nero e non c'e' audio.

Ieri tenendolo spento per qualche minuto funzionava per circa 1 ora.

Il telaio e' il SSC-Q04E-A made in Spain.

Ho trovato (anche grazie a un altro sito web) che il Transistor Q533 2SD2539 e' cortocircuitato.

Ho comprato un equivalente (BU2508DF) ed oggi lo sostituiro'.

Ci risiamo, dopo circa un' ora non funziona piu' con i soliti due lampeggi del led.

Avete per favore qualche idea di cosa possa essere a far cortocircuitare il finale di riga?

Sony FE1 Reverts to st/by at sw on with 2 or 4 flashes from LED 2 flashes indicates an over-current error in line stage, & 4 indicates a frame fault. However, quite often, when 4 flashes occur it can still in fact be an over-current error as well as a frame fault. To prove which is the correct fault, measure pin 52 of the micro (IC001) at switch-on, and if this voltage goes high (anything above 0.6v) then it is in fact over-current. If it stays at 0v then the fault is more than likely within frame stage. plamensl 14-09-2004

Io ho risolto così:

1) pulizia completa dalla polvere accumulata

2) ripassare le saldature di connettori e componenti grossi, dal trafo HT ai transistor di potenza ai connettori...

Ora va che è una meraviglia

Il TVC adesso funziona, dopo i seguenti interventi:

Sostituito Q533, C542, C543, C548, C553

Ripassato saldature varie (sopratutto T531)

Controllato con tester R549, D536, D539, Tensioni varie.

Controllato con oscilloscopio tutti i punti del Service su board A.
