Impossibile Avviare Guida: Simatic Manager 5.5 Sp3 - Virtual Machine Win7

Salve a tutti questo è il mio primo post in questo forum,

Ho una macchina virtuale con Win 7 UItimate e Simatic Manager 5.5 sp3.

Il mio problema è che non riesco a visualizzare la guida in linea di Step7 premendo F1.. ho provato a reinstallarla ma niente... l'errore che mi appare nella popup è S7KAFAPX.

Remedy

1. Insert the STEP 7 DVD in the drive of your programming device.
2. Open the "CD_2 > MSHelp" folder on the STEP 7 DVD.
3. Double-click the file "Windows6.1-KB917607-x86.msu" and follow the installation instructions.

in realtà avevo già provato a scaricare il file Windows6.1-KB917607-x86.msu, ma non riesco ad installarlo sulla macchina virtuale dato che mi appare il messaggio come da immagine in allegato
