GE Fanuc 90-30 series cpu374 not downloading

Hello PLC Guru.

We have vintage PLC GE Fanuc, we tried to download our back-up program to GE Fanuc 90-30 series CPU374 but we failed despite selecting hardware configuration,

logic program and initial / forced values.

PLC fault table still showing "NO USER PROGRAM PRESENT"

our CPU Firmware is 12.16 and Program Proficy Machine Edition is V5.5

We tried to upload a program from a working PLC and Download to the CPU374, the same problem is existing

Can anyone . us on How to Download the Program Successfully?
