Almost certainly, if you are using a PLC, the library will contain a standard PID controller

You need, also, have the know how for temperature controls.

Some Siemens and Mitsubishi PLC have PID in library functions.

There is temperature sensor like lm35 ADC and DB18b20 , NTC which one will work with PLC?

You must specify wich brand and wich model of PLC that you want to use.

Normally PLCs have cards to interface PT100 and thermocouples as temperature sensors.
