Samsung UE46D7000LSxxN reboot every 2 sec

Lo everybody,

Coming from Belgium I only speak french et a little bit english : i'm sorry.

I've a problem with LCD Samsung UE46D7000LSxxN rebooting every 2 seconds : i can see Samsung logo in color.

Impossible to access to menus.

Mother board is a BN41-01622B with connections possible : 

 

M_Reset
M_E_GND
M_E_SDA
M_E_SCL
M_E_WP 

and also

LD_GND
LD_SDA
LD_SCL
LD_WP
LD_RESET
LD_EEPROM_OUT
 

I can stabilize television in standby putting a wire between  M_Reset and M_E_GND near EEPROM.

If i touch any button on remote control Samsung TV reboot.

How can i reset EEPROM or reload it or upgrade by wifi/RJ45 or USB plug.

sorry but there is no flash memory like that on mother board.

I changed mother board BN41-01622B but problem is always the same ...

I changed some capacitors on power supply card also ...

an idea ?

if main board surely works, maybe power supply fault,there is nothing else

you can test eeprom reset .
