Programma Per Parametrizzare Inverter E Azionamenti Siemens

ultimamente sto smanettando con alcuni inverter ed azionamenti siemens. ho visto che posso parametrizzarli tramite pc. ma non sono riuscito a trovare nel sito della siemens il tool di settaggio. so che si chiama starter. ma non riesco a capire se è a pagamento o free. e se è free dove lo posso reperire.

molto bene, da quello che ho capito non funziona sul windows 7.... è possibile?
