Wincc : Hresult Error

Tentando di aprire un progetto esistente, oppure di crearne uno nuovo, ottengo questo messaggio di errore:

HResult Error

0x80080005 : Esecuzione del server non riuscito.

e come risultato il progetto non viene caricato/creato.

Ho provato a reinstallare sia Sql Server che WinCC ma nulla e' cambiato, e non posso piu' lavorarci; la versione del sw e' :

WinCC K6.0.2.0

Hotfix 0 (01180003)

Qualche idea ?

Mi rispondo da solo, ma potrebbe risultare utile per altri;

navigando nel sito di siemens http://support.automation.siemens.com ho alla fine trovato risposta al mio problema : si tratta di abilitare un flag nel registry, e funziona !

1 Open your computer's registry by clicking "Start > Run..." and then entering the command "regedit".

2 Open the path "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > OLE".

3 Enter "EnableDCOM" in this path.

If the value of "EnableDCOM" is "Y", the interface is enabled.

If the value of "EnableDCOM" is "N", the interface is disabled.

4 Now enable the DCOM interface.

Double-click "EnableDCOM". A value-entry window opens; enter "Y".

5 Close the Windows registry again and restart WinCC.

You should check which software has disabled the DCOM interface. It is possible that this software will disable the DCOM interface again. The DCOM interface could be disabled by the likes of antivirus software, a firewall, VNC or PCAnywhere.

Also refer to Entry ID 16640039 which contains a download of the "EnableDCOM.reg" file. It performs this procedure automatically.
