Perform Extended Instructions Via Snap7 Library

I am interested in performing a RDREC (SFB 52/SFC 59) command on a Siemens S7 1200 device via the Snap7 library. Is this possible? It doesn't seem like the ID/Indexes I am interested in can be accessed by reading an SZL, but is there any other way to use the library to accomplish this without performing the RDREC on the PLC into a DB and then reading from there?
