Crash improvviso CU320-2 Siemens

Buongiorno,

volevo condividere con voi quanto mi è successo recentemente sulla CU in oggetto.

 

A causa di un baco nel firmware della CU, quest'ultima dopo circa 3-4 minuti dal Power-ON crashava improvvisamente, smetteva di comunicare con la rete Profinet, tutti i led rossi fissi.

(CU che già lavorava da circa 3 anni)

La causa dell'evoluzione del baco in farfalla è stata da imputarsi alla sostituzione di un dei motori degli assi comandati con un motore prodotto da Agosto 2021 in poi.

 

La cosa ci ha tenuto in ballo un paio di giorni (cambiato CU, drive, cavi motore, cavi encoder, cavi PN) quando non rimaneva più nulla da cambiare siamo ricorsi all'aiuto di mamma Siemens.

In rare cases CU320-2 or CU310-2 Control Units crash in conjunction with DRIVE-CLiQ motors, types SIMOTICS S-1FK7 G2, SIMOTICS S-1FT7, SIMOTICS S- 1FG1, SIMOTICS T-1FW3 and SIMOTICS M-1FE9 (fabricated after August.2021) when operated with a SINAMICS Version: - from V5.1 and higher - from V5.1 SP1 and higher - from V5.2 and higher - from V5.2 SP3 < V5.2 SP3 HF

Solution

To do this, the Control Unit memory card must be processed using a CF card reader. With the Control Unit switched off, remove the memory card, and insert this in a commercially available CF card reader that is connected to a PC. On PCs running the Windows 10 operating system, when inserting the SINAMICS memory card, the "SINAMICS" partition is also displayed. Navigate in the directory with path: /SIEMENS/SINAMICS/CODE/EFS/ Here, rename file MOTORCOMP.BIN as MOTORCOMPL.BIN. If a "BACKUP" partition exists, then the above file located there must also be renamed. Ensure that the memory card is correctly ejected before removing the memory card from the card reader. After you insert the modified memory card back into the Control Unit, the logging mechanism is deactivated after the Control Unit runs up. .
